Description
A premium plum brandy produced in the Shumadia Province in Serbia. Ripe chemically free plums containing lots of sugar and low level of acids are left to stay in stainless steel tandks permitting the drink to conserve and preserve it white colour. Serve cold, on the rocks, with tea or use in cocktails. Ripe organic unpolluted plums, picked in their highest maturity containing the best proportion of sugar, acids and sourness. The plums are smashed and left to ferment. Crafted in traditional way, double – distilled to gain the optimal alcoholic content.
